Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns and exchange policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product you have purchased. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging and should not be damaged, altered or used. We reserve the right to return the item back to the customer if there conditions aren’t met.
Please note we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent using recorded delivery.

Products returned for an exchange will not have to pay extra charges for their exchanged product to be sent out. Additionally we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for any sale or discounted products.
Please note it can take up to 21 working days to recieve and complete your return or exchange. Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.
EU/International Customers
Please note, if you are returning items to us from outside the UK you may incur customs fees for us to receive your item. As our returns policy states, that return postage costs are the full duty of the customer, this include any custom fees incurred in the postage of the return parcel.
